Every Robert Alton piece is designed and produced to exacting standards of quality, materials, and workmanship. We stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship.

Robert Alton jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.

Warranty Coverage

All Robert Alton jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects.

If a piece is found to have a qualifying manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Warranty Conditions

To initiate a warranty request, the item must be sent to Robert Alton after first contacting our Customer Care team at info@robertalton.com with your order number for authorization. Any repair, resizing, alteration, or service performed by a party other than Robert Alton voids this warranty.

If your Robert Alton piece was purchased through an authorized retailer, you may also contact the retailer directly for assistance.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or pieces that have been personalized or engraved.

 SIZE EXCHANGES

If you purchased a Robert Alton band through an authorized retailer, you may be eligible for a one-time size exchange, subject to style availability.

If the original style is no longer available, our Customer Care team will assist in selecting a comparable style of equal value.
